Do you do emergency service calls?
While we do not provide 24/7 emergency services, you are welcome to call us outside business hours and we will aim to provide service as promptly as possible.
What payment methods do you take?
We take all forms of payments such as cheques, e-transfers, cash and credit cards*.
*Note: Credit card payments will have a 2% mark up to the final invoice.
Do you work in my community?
Odds are yes. We cover from West Kelowna to Enderby and everywhere in between and beyond. All you have to do is ask.
Do you do commercial overhead garage doors?
Yes. We take on some commercial overhead garage door installations and repairs depending on job requirements and our availability.
How do I decide on a garage door?
You can browse our suppliers’ websites (Steel-Craft & North West Doors).
You can also book an appointment with us. We will complete a site check, walk you through your options, answer any questions, show you brochures and colour samples.
How much do you charge?
We provide free quotes on all new garage door installation and services. Quotes will need to be approved before any work starts.
For new installations we require a 50% deposit. Base rate for service calls start at $140.
Do contractors get a discount?
Yes. Contractors with multiple jobs and long standing relationships will be quoted at a lower margin.
What can expect after I contact you?
After you reach out, you can expect a follow-up email, call or text message. You will be able to access our online customer portal when you submit a request or are sent a quote.
Garage Door Maintenance and Repair Services: We will provide you with a quote and once you have approved it, we will book an appointment.
New Garage Door Installs: We will send you a quote, once approved and deposit is paid, your door/motor will be ordered. You will be given a tentative timeline and 1-2 weeks prior to the expected date, we will installation appointment.
How long are wait times?
We strive to attend to garage door repairs and service calls as promptly as we can. Our goal is to provide same week service.
New garage doors are built to order, so new installations will depend on supply. We will provide an approximate install date and continually follow-up prior to installation.
